General Terms and Conditions of Campingpark Bad Liebenzell

Reservations

Reservations for Pitches can be made in writing, by phone, by email or on our website. They are only binding after the deposit has been paid. In the event of a cancellation, we will retain a processing fee of EUR 25.00. Reservations are recommended in the high season of July and August, for vacation periods and for long weekends . We endeavor to fulfill pitch requests, but reserve the right to change allocations.
Reservations for Rental Accommodations can be made in writing, by phone, by email or on our website. They are only binding after the deposit has been paid. The following cancellation terms apply to rental accommodation:
If the booking is cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit less 25,00 Euro processing fee will be refunded.
For cancellations up to:
30 days before arrival, 25% of the booking amount has to be paid, at least 25,00 Euro,
14 days before arrival 50% of the booking amount has to be paid, at least 25,00 Euro,
7 days before arrival 90% of the booking amount has to be paid, at least 25,00 Euro.
For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the booking amount must be paid.
Cleaning costs and tourist tax will be refunded in any case.
A travel cancellation insurance is recommended
Campingpark Bad Liebenzell can withdraw from the camping contract if the rental property cannot be made available due to force majeure. In this case, the guest will be refunded all amounts paid. Less 25,00 Euro processing fee. Further claims are excluded.

April - June from 2:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m, Check-out 7:00 - 11:00
July – August from 2:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m, Check-out 7:00 - 11:00
September from 2:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m, Check-out 7:00 - 11:00
Oct. – March from 2:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m, Check-out 8:00 - 11:00
Upon arrival you will receive a Konus Guest Card that allows you to travel through the Black Forest with the local buses and trains for free.

Campground Regulations

The current camping regulations and general information are binding for all guests. Anyone who grossly violates these despite a warning will have their booking terminated without notice and they will be expelled immediately.

Pets

Pets are welcome on the pitches, but are not allowed in the rental accommodations. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the campsite.

Others

Adolescents under the age of 18 without adult supervision require the written consent of their legal guardians for overnight stays.

Visitors

Visitors must register at Reception before entering the camping park and pay a fee.

Liability

The Management / Owner is not liable for damage caused by the failure or disruption of water: electricity and / or gas supply; by falling tree branches or trees or as a result of noise from third parties

Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of the general terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions

Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from the contract is Calw.
