Reservations for pitches can be made in writing, by phone, by e-mail or via our homepage. They are binding only after the deposit has been made. In case of cancellation we will retain a handling fee of 25,00 Euro. For the high season - July and August - for vacation periods and weekends with bridge days, a reservation is recommended. We make every effort to accommodate space requests, but reserve the right to change space assignments.

Reservations for rental accommodation can be made in writing, by phone, by e-mail or via our homepage. They are binding only after the deposit has been paid. The following cancellation conditions apply for rental accommodations: In case of cancellation of the booking up to 60 days before departure, 100% of the deposit will be refunded minus 25,00 Euro handling fee.

For cancellation up to:

• 30 days before departure 25% of the booking amount is to be paid, at least 25,00 Euro,
• 14 days prior to departure, 50% of the booking amount must be paid, with a minimum of 25.00 euros,
• 7 days prior to departure, 90% of the booking amount must be paid, with a minimum of 25.00 euros.

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Cleaning costs and tourist tax will be reimbursed in any case.

The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Campingpark Bad Liebenzell can withdraw from the camping contract if the rental object cannot be made available due to force majeure. In this case the guest will be refunded all paid amounts minus 25,00 Euro handling fee. Further claims are excluded.
